1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Flix★Fans (flix.fans) is operated by Demirius LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the flix.fans website, our browser extension and related services. By using Flix★Fans you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Flix★Fans is (and is not)

Flix★Fans is an independent fan community for rating, reviewing and discussing movies and series available on Netflix. Flix★Fans is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Netflix. Netflix is a trademark of Netflix, Inc.; all other trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not host or stream any video content.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft or Apple) and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews, discussions and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. You confirm that your content is yours and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Reviews, discussions and ratings are public.

5. Acceptable use

When using Flix★Fans, you must not:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or spam;
• harass or impersonate other people;
• manipulate ratings, reviews or the referral program (for example with fake accounts or bots);
• scrape the service, overload it, or interfere with its operation or security;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

6. Moderation

We may remove or edit content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, at our reasonable discretion. Where practical we will tell you why. You can report content that concerns you at .

7. Premium

• Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features for the lifetime of the service. Payment is handled by Stripe; prices are shown at checkout.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Flix★Fans operates. If we ever permanently shut the service down, Premium ends with it.
• Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that the statutory 14-day cancellation period ends once access is granted. Your other statutory rights (for example if the service is faulty) are not affected.
• Premium can also be earned through the referral program. We may adjust or end the referral program at any time; Premium already earned is not taken away.

8. Our content and third-party data

The Flix★Fans name, logo, design and software are owned by Demirius LTD. Title information and images are supplied by third parties, including TMDB; external ratings shown (such as IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic scores) belong to their respective providers. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. You may not copy or redistribute the service's content beyond normal personal use.

9. Availability and disclaimers

Flix★Fans is provided "as is" and free of charge (apart from optional Premium). We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that catalogue data is complete or accurate, or that any title is currently available on Netflix in your region. Community ratings and reviews are the opinions of their authors, not ours.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you started using the service, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 GBP if you have paid nothing).

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the site or an email. Continuing to use Flix★Fans after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of mandatory rules of your local law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
